Honestly I still don’t understand why Tropical Fuck Storm is not more popular and more known by now. This band has made the most gorgeous records, the most perfect mix of psychedelic rock and heaviness, and their mellow songs are just gorgeous. Now they return yet againw ith a new 7″ that is out on Joyfull Noise Recordings and Flightless Records. The track ‘Legal Ghost’ is up for a listen and is yet again a true beauty. On the one side is the ‘Legal Ghost’ track and on the other side the Talking Heads cover ‘Heaven’. Order it now!

This is just incredible fun, Tropical Fuck Storm dropped a new track recently called “Supurbiopia” wich is great and you can listen to hear but now they have released a cover of the Australian punk band The Saints. The track “This Perfect Day” is sung by sung by Amy Taylor from Amyl & The Sniffers with drums by Sean Powell from Surfbort. The band is calling them sNIFFsURFsTORM wich makes everything just so frikkin much fun. Tune in and have a good time. These two tracks are on 7″ that you can get on Joyfullnoise.
Their previous album “Braindrops” still gets a lot of plays in my home and the Australian band always brings refreshing and original tunes. And now it seems we get new music by the band. The track is called “Suburbiopia” and features Amy Taylor of Amyl and The Sniffers, Dan Kelly and Sean Powell of Surfbort. This track comes from the B-side of yhe upcoming 7″ ‘This Perfect Day’ wich will be released April 3.
The Australian band released a pretty impressive album last year with ‘A Laughing Death in Meatspace’ so it is great news that their new album ‘Braindrops’ has arrived. It is pretty difficult to put Tropical Fuck Storm in a box so I won’t do it. The band shifts between genres, between catchy and heavy, noise and ballad, and they do it with excellence.
‘Braindrops’ was released August 23 and needs to be heard. I advise you to take your time because this album has a lot of different sides to it.

These Detroit psychedelic rockers don’t rest. In October 2017 they released their magnificent album “Lavander Blood” and soon after they began touring.
There are a lot of posts about SOYSV over the last two years on Fuzzy Sun. The reason is simple, their music has that extra pinch of originality and that always present psych vibe.
Now it is 2019 and SOYSV are ready to present a couple of new singles. Maybe you have heard their previous released single “All is Lust”. In this track you can hear the ‘typical’ sound of the band, the repetitive psychedelic tunes. A gorgeous track.
But now it’s time for the new track. The thing is called “Lilly Dust (She’s a Pariah)” and is energetic and maybe a bit different from the rest. The track starts acoustic with some nice vocals but that is not for long, the track explodes pretty quickly in a energetic fun song.
The singles will be available via Space Camp Records January 18th. Listen now.
”Sgt. Konfuzius & the Flowers of Venus” is the new album by the psychedelic rock band The Choppy Bumpy Peaches. The six headed band from Luxembourg succesfully conveys the hazy psychedelic vibe on the 10 songs. A beautifull voice accompanies the mostly softer, hazy tracks but they don’t scare from the heavy stuff either. Enjoy
After five years The Poison Arrows return with No Known Note set to release April 28, 2017. Listen to Stuck On Screen and Derailmentship. Two tracks that got a sonic youth feel to it.
