Satorinaut is a band made from built from members of Korgoth, Lemurian Folk Songs/Liquidacid and Robi, the bass himself. The band name comes from the concept Satori (wich I though was food on a stick originally but seems to be something else completely). Going to copy/paste the meaning here:
“Satori (悟り) is a Japanese Buddhist term for awakening, “comprehension; understanding”. It is derived from the Japanese verb satoru. In the Zen Buddhist tradition, satori refers to the experience of kenshō, “seeing into one’s true nature”.”
Now, I can say I am awake a lot, understand very little, and i have never met my true nature, i think. So I may be not really good at this stuff. Their is one thing I know and it is that this new album by Satorinaut (wich is recorded live only with a Zoom H4 handy recorder on 4 lines.) is really good. I don’t know what a Zoom H4 Handy is so I looked it up. It is this=>
Looks more like something to measure radioactivity if you ask me but what do I know. So back to the more important stuff. So this album is called “Slow Psychedelic Speedrock” and is quite impressive. This is 100% trippy psych and is really nice stuff to listen to. So sit back and find your own nature with Satorinaut.
