Melbourne Psychedelic-Rock Quartet BADGERS Share Video To ‘Make It Rain’

There must be something in waters in Australia as it’s consistently exporting some of the finest psychedelic bands in the world today. The newest act that we have recently come across is Melbourne’s BADGERS who have just dropped the video to their debut single ‘Make It Rain’.

Fronted by vocalist/guitarist Michael Badger – producer/mixer who has worked with the likes of King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Amyl & The Sniffers, You Am I, SONS (Belgium) and more – along with Miranda Holt (drums), Eloise Thetford (guitar, vocals) and Dali Platt (bass, vocals), the quartet’s ‘Make It Rain’ is a vintage-tinged psychedelic, bluesy garage-rock sun-soaked party banger.

In the vein of fellow Melbourne outfit The Murlocs as well as the likes of Natural Child, Night Beats and Dead Ghosts, BADGERS’ debut offering is scuzzy rock n’ roll brilliance that’s perfect listening for a summers day BBQ by the beach whilst drinking tinnies.
